Breakups are unfortunately a dynamic of relationships that are impossible to avoid. We have all experienced a break up at some point. All break ups are a painful experience whether it has been a short or long-term relationship and can have a major negative impact on a person’s life.

When you are surrounded by people that care about you, you have people that you can talk to, who will listen to your concerns. One of the keys to dealing with the emotions that arise during a break up is to voice how you feel and there is no better group of people to do that with other than those that care about you.
