Dating Options Limited is a company operating with a group of subsidiary and associated companies which together offer matchmaking, dating and events services. How long we keep information

Your personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it and in relation to certain data, for example, relating to the services provided and billing transactions, for a period of 10 years from the end of any contract. Additionally, if there is contact with you on an ongoing basis (minimum once every 5 years), your personal data will continue to be retained. Where a lifetime membership service has been purchased data may be retained indefinitely. Data is retained for legitimate business reasons including the possibility of any future dispute which may need to be investigated and responded to.
